Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding passwords, API keys, tokens, and workspace invitations, and for activity performed through your credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems, bypass limits, send abusive traffic, or store content you are not authorized to process. Automated use must follow published API limits and security controls.

Your data

You retain responsibility for content you submit and for having the rights and lawful basis needed to process it. You grant JsonApi the limited permission required to host, transmit, validate, back up, and otherwise operate the service for you.

Plans and payments

Paid plans, additional capacity, taxes, renewal behavior, and payment methods are presented during checkout. Payment provider terms may also apply. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, completed purchases are not automatically refundable.

Service availability

We work to provide a reliable and secure service, but availability is not guaranteed without a separate written service-level agreement. Features may change to improve security, compliance, performance, or product operation.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended for security risks, misuse, non-payment, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, liability, and dispute handling survive where their nature requires it.
